The innovative system with automated box retrieval and delivery technology makes it possible to maximise the number of safe deposit boxes in the Guardforce vault. Customers will be able to rent boxes immediately, no more waiting for one at the banks.
Your access to the box is secure and private. Dual access control system and biometric identity verification system are adopted to double-check customers’ identities. A private room has been set aside for customers to open their boxes alone in total privacy.
The Guardforce vault is kept under the strictest standards of security control, with round-the-clock surveillance. The vault is air-conditioned and built with fire-proof facilities. Your valuables enjoy the additional protection of a HK$100,000 insurance coverage included in the rental package.

Guardforce welcomes you to visit the Guardforce Tri-Guard Safe Deposit Box Service Centre. Customers are welcomed to check out personally the sizes of the safe deposit boxes and learn more about the service from our customer service staff. Please note that the restricted areas of the safe deposit box system are accessible by customers and authorized personnel only. We can provide photos and detail information for customers who wish to know more about our safe deposit box service.
Certain items are not allowed in the safe deposit boxes, including flammable, explosive and illegal substances, drugs, firearms, corrosive chemicals, animals and other prohibited items. Please refer to the terms and conditions for storing valuables in our safe deposit boxes to read the full list of prohibited items.
Safety is paramount to Guardforce’s safe deposit box operation. We adopt the highest security standards and state-of-the-art smart security systems to protect our safe deposit box vault to ensure your valuables in the safe are well protected. Our guards have gone through stringent background checks. We have hand-picked an elite team and train them on all emergency procedures, as well as how to operate every set of monitoring devices to ensure the highest security standards for our safe deposit box vault.
You are welcomed to access your safe deposit box during the center’s opening hours, for as many times as you wish daily. We apply multi-level identification for admission into the safe deposit box restricted areas to ensure security.
Guardforce enhances and upgrades our security systems continuously. We use a dual access control system and biometric identification to ensure users’ identity and protect the valuables kept in your safe deposit box. You can be assured that what you keep in the box is always safe.

Only the people registered with Guardforce for your Tri-guard safe deposit box can access your rented box. People younger than 18 cannot be registered as an authorised person or access your box. Please contact us for further enquiries about the Tri-guard service.
Three months before the expiry of your rental of the Tri-guard safe deposit box service in Hong Kong, we will issue a renewal email and letter to you as a reminder. If you wish to discontinue the service, please inform us in writing 30 days before the expiry date, make an appointment to complete the rental cancellation procedure and collect the valuables stored in the safe deposit box in person.
